Reengineering, Operations management, Group work and Logistics Excellence<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Members of ROGLE develop its work in areas related to the industrial engineering and Operations  management field such as: Continuous Improvement, Production Planning and Control, Inventory  Management, Logistics Systems Design, Group Work, Sustanaibility and Human Resources Management. The developed activity is fitted in: Education, Research and Transfer to the Industry with a strong commitmet to social and environmental sustainability. The main sectors in which we have worked are the automotive industry, food, tile industry, distribution retail and health-care.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
A research line of special interest is the application of the IE\/OM techniques to increase the work  accessibility for people with disabilities. The rank of activities developed goes from software design for the production planning and scheduling to the development of specific courses in-firm to increase their capabilities.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Los miembros del grupo ROGLE trabajan en \u00e1reas ligadas a la gesti\u00f3n industrial tales como\u00a0 Mejora Cont\u00ednua, Gesti\u00f3n y Control de Producci\u00f3n e Inventarios, Dise\u00f1o y Reingenier\u00eda de\u00a0 Sistemas de Producci\u00f3n y Log\u00edstica, Trabajo en Equipo, Sosteniblilidad y Gesti\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos. La\u00a0 actividad desarrollada se encuadra en el trinomio: Educaci\u00f3n, Investigaci\u00f3n y Aplicaci\u00f3n en\u00a0 Empresas con firme compromiso con la sostenibilidad social y ambiental. Los principales sectores en los que han trabajado son el de la automoci\u00f3n, alimentaci\u00f3n, la cer\u00e1mica, la distribuci\u00f3n comercial y el sanitario.<\/div>
Una l\u00ednea de especial inter\u00e9s desarrollada es la aplicaci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas para\u00a0 incrementar la accesibilidad al mercado laboral de personas con discapacidad.
